Your Vault never stops. You get a notice at 80% and at 100% of your storage. Use above 100% keeps indexing and is billed at $3.75 per GB each month, settled every quarter. You can cut that bill two ways: buy extra Vault storage at $3 per GB, or move to a larger plan (Silver includes 15 GB, Gold 50 GB, Enterprise starts at 200 GB).

AI credits pay for each query based on the model. Every plan is charged the same rate per query. Plans differ only in how many credits they include. Most standard models cost 1 credit per query. Some standard models cost 2. Advanced models cost 3 or 4. Premium models cost more than that. Pro models are priced on their own and are available on Silver, Gold, and Enterprise. Analyze/Synthesize uses one processing credit plus the same model-based AI credits. Above your included amount, AI credits are billed at $0.15 each. Prepaid AI credit blocks are $0.12. A larger step on Silver or Gold commits the same credits at $0.06 each, so the step is the cheapest way to grow, and the next plan is the cheapest way to grow a lot. Bronze steps cost more per credit, so 2,000 credits cost less on Silver than on Bronze.

Every plan includes AI search, an AI Assistant for your website, Analyze/Synthesize, a shared pool of AI credits, Vault storage, unlimited seats, and support for that plan. Silver adds anonymization. Gold adds OCR and translation, plus more processing credits. There is no fee per person, and no separate fee for the AI Assistant, document processing, or support.
