Each plan includes a Vault allocation for your documents and storage. Projects are unlimited and free at every tier. You pay for the documents you index, not how you organize them. If you approach your Vault ceiling, you can add a Vault Expansion Pack without upgrading your entire plan.

Your Vault never stops. You receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your allocation. Documents above 100% keep indexing and are billed at $0.50/document/month as overage, settled quarterly. You can reduce overage three ways: add users (each user grows the pool), buy a prepaid Vault block at a lower per-document rate, or upgrade tiers (Gold users contribute 2x the documents of Silver).

Tricky Wombat uses two separate credit pools. AI credits cover search queries and chatbot conversations. Processing credits cover document processing (Ingestion, Summarization, OCR, Anonymize, Translate, Synthesize, Analyze). Each user contributes credits to a shared org-wide pool based on its tier. Standard queries consume 1 AI credit. Advanced model queries consume 3-5 credits on Gold or 6-10 on Silver (2x rate). Ingestion operations like Anonymize L2 consume 5-8 processing credits per document. Both pools allow soft overage at 1.25x the included rate, settled quarterly.

Every user includes AI-powered search, a customer-facing chatbot, access to all processing features (Ingestion, Summarization, OCR, Anonymize, Translate, Synthesize, Analyze), AI and processing credit contributions to a shared org pool, a Vault allocation, and support appropriate to the tier. There are no separate add-on fees for AI capabilities, chatbot, document processing, or support.

Each user contributes documents and storage to a shared org-wide Vault pool.

Annual prepayment includes a 10% discount compared to quarterly billing. All plans include a 3% annual renewal cap, so your costs are predictable year over year.

Yes. You can assign each user to Silver or Gold based on their role. A project manager on Gold and a field supervisor on Silver both access the same documents, the same search, and the same chatbot. Each user contributes credits to a single shared org pool based on its tier. Gold users contribute more credits and get advanced AI models at the base rate. Silver users contribute fewer credits and pay 2x for advanced models. SSO, SCIM, and SLA require an Enterprise agreement, which supports mixed Silver and Gold users.

Starter supports up to 10 users with no minimum commitment. Silver requires a 10-user minimum ($4,200/year). Gold requires a 25-user minimum ($16,500/year). Enterprise requires a 250-user minimum. Teams that outgrow Starter but aren't ready for a 10-user Silver commitment can stay on Starter and expand to Silver when they're ready. Mixed-tier Enterprise agreements (combining Silver and Gold users) require that the total annual commitment meet a $75,000 Enterprise floor.
