Each plan includes a Vault storage allocation. You pay for the storage you use, not how you organize your content. If you approach your Vault ceiling, you can add a Storage Expansion Pack without upgrading your entire plan.

Your Vault never stops. You receive notifications at 80 % and 100 % of your storage allocation. Usage above 100 % keeps indexing and is billed at $1.00/GB/month as overage, settled quarterly. You can reduce overage three ways: add users (each user grows the pool), buy a prepaid Storage Expansion Pack at a lower per-GB rate, or upgrade tiers (Gold users contribute 2× the storage of Silver).

AI credits pay for each query based on the model. Custom Prompt also uses one processing credit plus the same model-based AI credits (see the credit rate reference for full tables). Most standard-tier models cost 1 credit per query on every plan; selected standard-tier models (for example Haiku 4.5, Mistral Large 3, DeepSeek, Nova Pro) cost 2 on every plan. Advanced-tier models cost 6 credits on Starter, 4 on Silver, and 2 on Gold and Enterprise. Premium-tier models (Opus) cost 15 on Starter, 10 on Silver, and 5 on Gold.

Every user includes AI-powered search, a customer-facing chatbot, access to all processing features (OCR, Anonymize, Translate, Custom Prompt), AI and processing credit contributions to a shared org pool, a Vault storage allocation, and support appropriate to the tier. There are no separate add-on fees for AI capabilities, chatbot, document processing, or support.

Annual prepayment includes a 10% discount compared to monthly billing. All plans include a 3% annual renewal cap, so your costs are predictable year over year.

Our all-in TCO is 29-55% lower than the leading enterprise search platform plus a separate chatbot vendor. The gap comes from four sources: chatbot included in every plan (competitors require a separate vendor), no AI add-on fees, no mandatory support surcharge, and capped renewal increases (3% vs. 7-12% typical).

Common hidden costs include separate AI/agent capability fees ($10-15/user/month), mandatory support surcharges (10% of ARR), uncapped renewal escalation (7-12% annual increases), document size limits that silently truncate your content, and no customer-facing chatbot (requiring a separate vendor at $6,000-36,000/year). Chatbot has no minimum for monthly plans. Enterprise plans start at a minimum of 250 users

Enterprise contracts begin with a 30-day pilot period. During the pilot you have full access to all features of your chosen tier. If Tricky Wombat is not the right fit, you may terminate without penalty by providing written notice before the end of the 30th day.

Pilot terms, scope, and success criteria must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before the pilot begins. No charges are refunded after the pilot period concludes and the annual contract takes effect.
